Hi everyone. I'm new here and I need to lose about 15~16 kg. However, I eat out a lot (not necessarily fast food, usually a 6-inch subway, poke and sooomeetimes junk food too). I don't have a problem maintaining my weight, however, as I eat out a lot due to my lifestyle, is it possible to still calculate calories and lose weight? And for the exercises, I am very lazy and my stamino is low. What would you recommend for an exercise? In fact, I think we feel like we're being ripped off if we don't get mega portions at restaurants, even though we probably only need to eat half of what they give us. Also, we eat a lot of junk food. There's many days in which I don't consume a single fruit or vegetable. I'm trying to change that but I'm amazed at how difficult it is to work healthier foods into my diet – mostly because my diet is so full of other things. Since losing the weight, and gaining back about half of it, I'm trying to focus once again on how many calories I'm consuming. While I've been able to maintain my current weight for over a year, I'd prefer to weigh 10-15 pounds less. For one, my blood pressure is always iffy at my current weight. I've noticed that if I stay around 145 pounds, my blood pressure is very good but the closer I get to 150, it can be not so good. Yeah, just 5 pounds difference can make a difference in heart health. You don't necessarily have to lose a significant amount to make a significant difference for blood pressure, as I've found out.
